All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Third-Party purchases through our site will have to by address and handled by the Third-Party themselves. This includes sponsored brands or any other brands that are not MODERN DAY UNIVERSE.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item (excluding Third-Party brand purchases. They must be handled by the Third-Party directly and whatever goes with their return policy), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
